Barlume Apothecary wanted to create an experience to be savored by new and old faces sharing a connection with nourishing food. Jenifer Capozzi, artisan baker of Barlume Apothecary, created a humble, yet stunning arrangement of desserts that included anything from treats that were roasted over the fire (ginger marshmallow s’mores) to Grandma’s apple bundt cake. As our mouths were filled with sweetness, our ears were swept away by the banjo and fiddle played by Hoss/Boggs. Inspired Brews collaborated with Art In The Age to provide a kombucha cocktail using Pumpkin Spice Kombucha and SNAP. Guests used the carved pumpkin tap to pour themselves a drink, while the bartender mixed up other signature cocktails including a Fireside Hot Toddy and Fiddler’s Old Fashion. The animals hugged the pasture fences interacting with guests and watched as conversation, food, and drink came together at just the right instance. It was definitely an event that sparked a lasting memory for all attendees.
